PLANTS AROUND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Who says you need to be a princess to be able to walk on flowers.. Come join me as i embark on a short trip to the nearby park where i am greeted by these humble but pretty flowers.. The weather’s just perfect to explore.. So let’s keep our mouths shut and senses open 🙂

Oh and btw.. we also gotta head back home to the monsoon lilies as we call them.. Since my childhood, these flowers have marked the arrival of monsoons at our home.. the bulbs have multiplied so much over the past decades ( yes.. decades.. my grandparents planted them) that they have burst these planters with their force.. and we still do not want to divide them.. they are here to stay.. and bloom year after year.. maybe for my niece to grow up and see too! the arrival of monsoons just won’t be the same without these lush beauties 🙂
