Have you ever felt like grabbing a bunch of flowers out of pictures for your own

garden? If so, welcome to the club.. now where does this random thought come from?

well i spent the WHOLE day gardening today.. and by this mean the time i woke up

till the time it was no longer possible to see anything without turning on the

garden lights.. well even at that point, after a lot of clean-up done, my soul was

not satisfied.. so i came in and sat in front of my laptop for some window-

browsing.. and omg.. i happened to come across geraniums.. i know my weakness for

geraniums and carnations ( and well.. roses and marigold too! and well… how about

hydrangea also.. and…) is well known now and after drooling at some yummy

geranium pics, i have finally decided that if i do not get some about-to-bloom

geranium plants tom, i will one-hundred-percent go craziiee!! ( at this point i

choose to forget that i did get a geranium and four rose plants as gifts yest :P)

well there are some geranium seedlings in my greenhouse ready to be moved but who

can wait for flowers? i need them now.. bunches and bunches of them!! omg i’m so

excited i can’t wait for the morning.. another thing, i realized that like every

year i have a lot of flower seedlings and too many bulbs.. so while i’m trying to

accomodate the bulbs, i hit upon the idea of planting a cutting garden.. why let

anything go waste when they can bloom and adorn pretty vases? so we had some major

clean-up done today in the garden and just randomly planted all sorts of flower

seedlings there.. and now as always i really can’t wait for the flowers..i also

need to buy some rose creepers to cover the awning shading my terrace garden.. that

reminds me of the flowers gifts.. well i went to the Technocare nursery for some

work on friday and they have a lot of roses by name this year.. so like a child

spoilt for choice, i picked up another blue moon, a random tata purple variety,

gold medal and a pink whose name i can’t recall right now.. i will think think

think and update.. add to it a geranium which i am hoping to be a pinkish white or

better still just white, and she( neelam aunty, the owner) gave all of these as

gifts to me when i was done selecting!! Thanks a ton aunty though you should really

stop spoiling me like that 😛 I had space space for just two roses iin my garden

and now i got four.. well.. i think i will manage.. atleast when it comes to plants

i always seem to 🙂 I’ve also planted the lawn tray i got as a sample with

alternate rows of pansies and daisies as of now.. will test out the lawn thing when

the weather is up to it.. pics tom 🙂
